Join fellow Nature lovers every Sunday @ Sunrise to experience the power of Grounding. Walk among the natural environment and connect with the Earth as we welcome our Sun back to our side of the planet.
We will begin just before Sunrise and stroll together for about two hours. Be prepared to meet some new friends. Connecting with others is essential to mental health and we are coming together to heal mind, body and soul.
The Preserve is a safe space. We want to help the world develop into a culture of belonging. ALL ARE WELCOME!
But sorry, no doggies aloud at this event. Nature is our only focus.
Private sessions can be scheduled for those who require service dog assistance.
Barefoot or socks are the suggested footwear, but shoes are always welcome. Dress comfortably, PJs are acceptable. Try to potty before you arrive and bring bug repellant if you'd like. We will be out in nature and surrounded by all its inhabitants.
Start times will be posted here and on FB every Saturday afternoon.
This a free event. The only cost is your journey to get here.
There are currently no public restrooms at the preserve. So please use the restroom before you arrive. We do plan on opening the preserve to the public in the near future and restrooms will be provided then.
Pine Street Basin Preserve is located on private property. Insurance requires a liability waiver to be signed for the public to participate in any event held on the property. But rest assured, the walk is in a safe area and safety procedures have been put into place. Waivers will be provided to you upon your arrival and must be signed prior to your participation on the walk.
We absolutely love dogs!! Just want to make that clear. But they are not invited to this event. It is important to focus on your personal connection to the planet during the walk. The beautiful energy of our K9 companions will distract you and others from the intended purpose of grounding.
(Sorry Pups. An event just for you is on the drawing table.)
We will begin the walk just before sunrise. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before then, so we can get acquainted, and waivers can be signed prior to the walk. We will post the arrival time and start time every Saturday afternoon here on the website and on Facebook. Just before sunrise is a beautiful time in the morning, often referred to as "The Blue of the Morn" The gate will be closed at start time, so don't miss the boat. Arrive on time.
From HWY 17, head East on Washington Ave to Pine Street, head North on Pine Street all the way to the end of Pine Street. Pine Street Basin Preserve will be right there on the corner of Pine Street and Burnsed Rd.
