save our wildlands with Conservation Easements

What is a Conservation Easement?

A Conservation Easement is a promise made to save land from future development. Through collaboration with a land trust, you can either sell or donate the development rights of your property and protect it for future generations!

You will not be giving up your rights of ownership; you will be carefully planning the best future for your land and all of the wildlife living there.

Conservation Easements benefit both the landowner and the environment. Create a legacy for your family or your business and become a part of the fight to protect our planet for the future.

What lands are we talking about?

Our goal is to save, protect, and restore all the land in Florida, starting with the Volusian Forest, where Pine Street Basin Preserve is located. Our dream is to have the entire forest protected under conservation easements.

Any land, anywhere, is viable for protection! Even land that has already been developed. We can restore it over time and replace the natural environment that has been taken away. We are willing to do whatever it takes to take back our environment and return it to a natural habitat. Contact us for more information.

Corporate Donations of Land

Interested in getting your business involved in saving our planet? Have you been thinking about Corporate Social Responsibility?

By purchasing land, intended for conservation easement, your company can make its mark and show its support. Make a positive impact through community engagement and improve your brand reputation. Increase employee engagement and retention by creating a workplace where your team can take pride in making a difference.

Help us reach our goal to save as much land as possible. Contact us for more information.
